helpful staff convenient location broken air conditioning hot room
the front desk staff were very helpful. the location was convenient near the vaporetto stop. i also appreciated the kettle in the room for making tea.
the air conditioning did not work. the room was hot and made it hard to sleep. i complained, but the offered solution was to open a small skylight.

clean room spacious room helpful staff
the room was clean and spacious. it had a comfortable bed. housekeeping was daily and discreet. i found the hotel staff helpful and always smiling.
the pillows were thin.

the hotel is near the train station which i wanted. i found fair choices of restaurants nearby. a water taxi dock is right out the front door. it is easily accessible.
