The location proved convenient. I was close to the boat terminal and a short distance from the airport. They allowed early check-in and stored our luggage since we had a late flight. This was helpful as we travelled with a toddler needing midday naps.
The air conditioning did not work. My room was hot. I had to open a tiny skylight, but it didn't help was great.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me in delivering items I forgot in my room back to me. The reception service was great, and the staff could not do enough for me.

the front desk staff were very helpful. the location was convenient near the vaporetto stop. i also appreciated the kettle in the room for making tea.
the air conditioning did not work. the room was hot and made it hard to sleep. i complained, but the offered solution was to open a small skylight.

the hotel is near the train station which i wanted. i found fair choices of restaurants nearby. a water taxi dock is right out the front door. it is easily accessible.
